Our spacious and fully equipped "Anke-Rose" holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house in the middle of the old town of Ahrweiler. On 85 square meters you will find an oasis of calm in a central location, divided into a bedroom, bathroom and living room, guest toilet and a large kitchen with dining area. On the balcony you can end your day with a glass of Ahr wine in the evening sun with a view of the vineyards.
Another room allows the stay of more than 2 guests.
In the immediate vicinity you will find two bakeries, good restaurants and wine bars. Downstairs is a very attractive shop with French home accessories, flowers and a café with a courtyard.The historic old town offers many sights. You will find parking spaces directly at the city gate, 200 m away from your accommodation.
The city of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler charges a guest contribution of €2,00 per person per night. Children up to and including 5 years are exempt, from 6-17 years the contribution per child and night is €0.70. The fee is payable in cash on site during your stay in addition to the nightly rate. The guest card enables various discounts for culture and leisure, as well as free use of all buses and trains in the Ahrweiler district.

Cancellation
We hope that you won't to cancel your vacation unvorseen. However, should this occur, the following cancellation costs will apply:
The costs of cancellation or Non-appearance of the tenant amounts to 90% of the overnight price, provided that the entire booking period cannot be rented elsewhere. We recommend to make a cancellation insurance!
No refund or replacement will be given in the event of early departure.
